Smarter Boom Control for Precision Spraying

It supports advanced section control and compatibility with electric and hydraulic pumps, while managing up to 256 sections and multiple tanks. With intuitive ICON displays and support for multiple booms, this solution is ideal for OEMs seeking precision and reliability across various crops and terrains.

NOW WITH MULTI-LINE

As the sprayer speeds up and covers more area per ha, flow must also increase to maintain the desired application rate. Each nozzle has a defined flow capacity. When that capacity is exceeded, the system can no longer maintain the required application rate using that nozzle line alone.

A multi-line system can identify when a nozzle line is approaching this point and automatically switch to another line fitted with higher-flow nozzles. Once the capacity of individual lines has been exceeded, the system can activate a combination of lines. This continues until all available lines are operating simultaneously to provide the maximum achievable flow capacity.

It supports full section control, individual nozzle control, and up to three boom systems with multiple products. Built on full ISOBUS compatibility, it works seamlessly with TC-BAS, TC-GEO, and TC-SC to deliver consistent control and application performance.

The system is designed for easy use and fast setup. With AUX-N support for tactile control and compatibility with SmartAG/Farmscan’s ICON displays, operators can work efficiently in real-time with clear visual feedback and simplified boom management.

Backwards Compatibility

SmartAG’s ISOBUS Spray solution works with existing ECUs and SmartAG hardware, including older 7000 Series setups. Configuration files can be shared across terminals, reducing installation time and ensuring consistent performance without needing to start from scratch.
